Non-Receipt of Item: If the tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please first confirm with your local courier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Refund Process:

Contact customer service and provide your order number and a description of the issue.

We will verify the situation and respond with a solution within 1-2 business days.

If the refund is approved, please return the item to the specified address within 30 days.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.

Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.

Custom products are unique items, and the following policies apply:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will provide a full refund.

If production has already begun, we can only refund 50% of the order amount.
